In Spain, thousands of older adults wish to age in their own homes but are unable to do so due to physical barriers that turn everyday activities into potential risks.

In collaboration with 7R Ventures and Atresmedia, GCO Ventures launched Adecua to address this need. We contributed strategic vision, go-to-market capabilities, and technology to scale a model validated with accessibility experts, seniors, and their families. Today, Adecua offers an end-to-end service covering everything from home adaptations to the management of public subsidies, supported by a network of over 500 professionals and 98% coverage across Spain.

At GCO Ventures, we created Vivara with a clear mission: to offer a rental experience where landlords, tenants, and agents can find peace of mind, simplicity, and trust at every step. From day one, we collaborated with all three groups to design a model that combines technology, professional management, and real guarantees.

Today, Vivara operates nationwide, managing rentals end-to-end with a fully worry-free approach for landlords: we select verified and solvent tenants, guarantee rent payments through Occident’s rent-protection policy, and handle any incidents with year-round, 24/7 support. In addition, we offer real estate agencies a B2B solution that complements their value proposition and generates recurring revenue.

We invested in Cuideo to support the company in its next stage of growth and consolidation as a leading provider of in-home elderly care.

From GCO Ventures, we contribute our operational and strategic expertise to help expand its caregiver network, develop new services focused on seniors’ holistic well-being, and optimize its technology platform. We work alongside the management team to strengthen its leadership in the Spanish market and explore new opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth.

At GCO Ventures, we created Musky to break that barrier and bring veterinary health closer to more homes — not only through insurance coverage but also through prevention. Our goal is to create an environment where pets can live healthy and happy lives. Today, Musky protects hundreds of pets across Spain through a seamless digital experience that puts animal health and well-being at its core.

At GCO Ventures, we developed Aurela to solve both challenges: improving access to emotionally compatible therapy for patients while supporting professionals through a platform that integrates client acquisition, management, and community.

Every step has been validated with patients, therapists, and industry experts to ensure a relevant and human-centered solution. Today, Aurela offers online and in-person therapy with personalized matching and a professional ecosystem — all within a single platform.
