Inmociónate 26 brought together real estate professionals, agencies and companies in Barcelona to share trends, experiences and new ways of addressing the challenges of rental management, brokerage and real estate operations. This edition once again proved to be a valuable meeting point for understanding how the sector is evolving from within: not only through technology or high-level discussions, but through the day-to-day work of those who interact with landlords, tenants and property portfolios.

Vivara, one of GCO Ventures’ ventures, took part in the event from stand 4 at the MarkeT with a very clear objective: to get closer to the agents who are already professionalizing the rental market. Conversations with agency managers, sales agents who are receiving more and more rental enquiries, and experienced teams managing property portfolios helped identify real needs, concerns and different ways of working.

One of the clearest takeaways was the importance of trust. In rentals, the opportunity is not only about digitizing processes, but about building strong relationships, operating with rigor and connecting professionals who are already doing things well. In this context, Vivara presented Círculo Vivara not just as a product proposition, but as a way to collaborate with agents who share a more professional, close and sustainable approach to rental management.
