Average Payment Period to Suppliers, Monetary Volume, and Number of Invoices Paid Within the Maximum Period Established by Late Payment Regulations

In accordance with the provisions of the third additional provision of Law 15/2010, of July 5, amending Law 3/2004, of December 29, on measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions; Grupo Catalana Occidente has an average payment period to its suppliers of 36.06 days; the monetary volume and the number of invoices paid within the maximum period established by late payment regulations are 9,856 thousand euros and 985, respectively; and the percentages these represent over the total number of invoices and the total monetary amount of payments to suppliers are 86.48% and 93.47%, respectively.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For any legal dispute arising from the existence, access, use, or content of these general conditions or the content of the website, both the user and the Company, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile. In the event that the User is domiciled outside Spain, the Company and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the Company’s registered office.
